Description

A profound effect

Practice and learn simple techniques to help reclaim some of the energy that busy, modern life demands. Techniques can be passive or active depending on the individual’s needs and interests and may include e.g. breathing exercises, a sound bath, or gentle movement. Once learned, many techniques can be easily practiced alone, and although they are simple they can resonate deeply and have a profound effect.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Unwind and let go

We all get so used to the ever-increasing volume of chatter that permeates our lives as our senses are continuously stimulated with more and more information that we can forget what it is to be truly relaxed.
